Noble Consort Xin

Noble Consort Xin (died 1764) was a concubine of the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty.
==Biography==
Noble Consort Xin was born of the Manchu Daigiya (戴佳) clan. Her personal name is unknown. Her family was under the Bordered Yellow Banner of the Eight Banners. Her father was Nasutu (那蘇圖), the Viceroy of Liangjiang.
Lady Daigiya entered the Forbidden City in 1753 during the reign of the Qianlong Emperor and on Empress Dowager Chongqing's order she was given the rank of Imperial Concubine Xin (忻嬪). In 1755 she gave birth to the Qianlong Emperor's sixth daughter and two years late she gave birth to Qianlong's eighth daughter. However both her daughters died prematurely. In 1763 Lady Daigiya was promoted to Consort Xin (忻妃). She died the following year and was given a funeral befitting that of a Noble Consort (貴妃). A year later she was interred in the Yuling Mausoleum in the Eastern Qing Tombs.
